Enhancing Workplace Inclusion: CHCI Offers Data-Driven Solutions to Promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
Alexandria, Virginia – Center for Human Capital Innovation (CHCI), a leading provider of talent management solutions, is pleased to announce its latest efforts in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the workplace.
With a commitment to driving positive change, CHCI has conducted surveys across multiple organizations, with over 3,000 participants providing valuable insights into the current state of diversity and inclusion practices. The survey findings reveal both encouraging progress and significant challenges in fostering diverse and inclusive workplaces. Overall, respondents report a positive DEI-related experience, demonstrating a willingness to recommend their organizations as diverse, equitable, and inclusive places to work. However, areas of concern persist, such as inequitable distribution of compensation and benefits, and the inconsistent application of policies, including flexible work accommodations.
The survey also indicates that significant numbers of individuals across various demographics feel excluded, highlighting the need for ongoing efforts to promote inclusivity. These findings underscore the importance of organizations addressing these challenges and implementing actionable recommendations, backed by expertise in DEI best practices, to create environments where every employee can thrive.
Recognizing the importance of addressing these challenges, CHCI offers its clients actionable and tailored recommendations for improvement, backed by expertise in DEI best practices. These include the DEI360 survey, which creates a comprehensive employee and stakeholder assessment of diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging, and DEI maturity in the organization. CHCI provides expert analysis, reporting, benchmarking, and recommendations based on survey results, and provides clients with its DEI360 Analyzer tool which allows them to easily query their DEI survey data by any combination of workforce or stakeholder demographics.
CHCI DEI services also include comprehensive policy reviews, people practices reviews, demographic data reviews, listening sessions, focus groups and interviews, development and education reviews, training programs, DEI executive coaching, equity initiatives, and follow-on consulting services.
“We firmly believe that inclusion is a key driver of organizational success,” stated Anne Loehr, Executive Vice President at CHCI. “Our data-driven approach empowers organizations to identify areas for improvement, implement targeted interventions, and create an inclusive and equitable workplace where every employee can thrive.”
CHCI’s expertise extends beyond DEI, encompassing People Analytics, Human Capital Management Consulting, Training and Education, Executive Coaching, and Leadership Development.
